Active COVID cases continue to rise in Kosciusko County.
In the Thursday update, the Kosciusko County Health Department reported 29 new COVID cases between Tuesday at noon and Thursday at noon, bringing the county’s cumulative total up to 1,567. Of those cases, 300 are active and 15 others are hospitalized.
An additional death related to COVID was also reported since Tuesday, bringing the county total of deaths up to 20. No information was given in regards to the death.
1,217 people have since recovered from the virus.
