It's suspension and demotion for a South Bend police officer found to have withheld information and falsified a report.
Officer Jack Stilp is accused of failing to arrest a woman on a warrant, then claiming in a report that the woman was not home at the time of his warrant call.
Stilp will serve 90 days suspension, according to the Public Safety Board.
He's also been stripped of his First Class status as a Patrolman.
