A South Bend woman is making waves, claiming discrimination against Michigan Adventure water-park, for being kicked out of the water, because she wasn't following the dress policy. Jill Sweeney, who is a lesbian, insists she did meet the bathing suit requirement, but chose to wear male swim trunks. The park's general manager says the woman's choice of top, a sports bra and tank top, are prohibited “street clothes.” But Sweeney says she believes she was kicked out because she's a lesbian and wanted to wear the men's trunks. The park insists it had nothing to do with her sexuality.
