School's starting up again and that means we need to be reminded about school bus safety. You've had the summer to forget those basic instructions. So here's a refresher If there's school bus with red lights flashing and stop arm extended – JUST STOP! Even if its a multi-lane highway. If you are on a major highway or interstate with divided barrier or median, and the bus is going in the opposite direction, you don't have to stop.
