The Sears Hometown store and the Kmart in Warsaw are not closing.
For now, the only northern Indiana store closing as part of Sears bankruptcy filing is the Kmart store in Griffith.
Its one of five Indiana Sears or Kmart stores shutting down.
The company announced up to 200 store closings across the U.S. yesterday.
The Sears Hometown stores in Kendallville and Goshen are staying open, as are the Sears and Sears Auto Centers in Merrillville, Michigan City, & Mishawaka.
