Indiana’s third-largest city is bracing for thousands of people show up for President Trump’s campaign rally Thursday. Trump will be at the Ford Center in Evansville to stump for GOP Senate Candidate Mike Braun, who says he’s excited.
“The Ford Center holds 11,000 people and the phone’s been ringing off the hook on how to get tickets. It looks like it’s going to be filled up to the brim. It’s going to show you how interested and enthusiastic folks are,” he explains.
Braun is facing off against incumbent Democrat Joe Donnelly in what many are saying will be one of the most competitive Senate contests this November.
