Senator Dan Coats is urging President Obama to present a clear and precise plan to defeat ISIS when he addresses the nation tomorrow night (tonight). He says he'll be listening to the president's proposals closely. Last month, Coats presented an outline to dismantle ISIS, which includes enhanced military action to include Syria, expanded security assistance and diplomacy to bring Muslim nations into firm opposition to ISIS.
