Senator Dan Coats spoke with over a dozen Hoosier medical device companies during a roundtable discussion Tuesday night. The main concern among the medical device manufacturers is how the tax on medical devices is hampering American jobs and shelves any plans to expand and build new manufacturing plants. Coats says the effort to repeal the tax included in Obamacare is bi-partisan. He says, “We'll keep pressing until they get the vote, and if we can, we will prevail, because we have both Republican and Democratic support.”
