The initial hearing for Alyssa Shepherd was postponed today. It has been rescheduled for Thursday morning at the courthouse in Rochester. Shepherd is accused of driving around a Tippecanoe Valley school bus and hitting four children, killing three of them. Meanwhile the mother of Maverik Lowe says on Facebook that he has been moved out of intensive care but is now dealing with an infection. Jocellyn Lowe says she’s been told by doctors that it will not affect his rehab schedule.
