Slow construction is delaying the opening of an Angola hospital. Cameron Memorial Community Hospital says the opening of its new facility has been rescheduled for December 8th; several weeks later than originally anticipated. Officials say construction progress hasn't kept up with a schedule to allow for the hospital to open as planned in October. Plans for the $42 million development were announced in 2011.
