The South Bend Police Department helped out another Indiana law enforcement agency Tuesday.
WNDU reports South Bend Police Chief Scott Ruszkowski signed over the title of a K-9 vehicle to the Alexandria Police Department.
Ruskowski says he hopes the vehicle will assist in serving and protecting the Alexandria community, as much as it did in South Bend.
