A South Bend teen was arrested after he led police on a chase through Marshall County Thursday morning.
Indiana State Police say a trooper travelling southbound on US 31 near Veterans Parkway in Plymouth noticed an SUV approaching him from behind travelling 100 MPH. When the SUV came to a stop in the right shoulder, the driver, who was identified as 18-year old Da Qua Micou, took off when the trooper exited his car.
The teen was said to loop back onto US 31 at US 30, then head back to Veterans Parkway and head into Plymouth. The chase went through Plymouth and into Argos along Old US 31. The chase came to an end in Fulton County, just over the county line. Micou is facing several charges including operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license. A passenger in the vehicle was also arrested for possession of marijuana.
