A South Whitley man has been arrested on charges of child pornography.
Indiana State Police say detectives with their Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which led to a search warrant of a home on East Market Street in South Whitley Wednesday morning.
Arrested was 39-year old Michael Russell, who has been charged with possession of child pornography and possession of child pornography under the age of 12 years old. He was booked into the Whitley County Jail, where he awaits an initial hearing.
