Strict limits are being put in place this year at the Indiana State Fair, as this is the first time in 67 years, that the event will have alcoholic bevearges. And becuase a three-drink limit is being implemented at the Fair, the question has been brought up, how exactly are fair officials monitoring three-drink limit? According to Andy Klotz with the media relations team, each person entering the drinking area will be given a wrist band with tabs on them. Each time someone gets a drink, a tab will be pulled.
