There is a new name that has surfaced as a candidate for Kosciusko County Council. The Times Union reports that current county treasurer Sue Ann Mitchell announced Friday that she will run for one of the three at-large seats that will be on the ballot. Mitchell’s second term as treasurer will end in December, and she’s not allowed to run for a third term.
