Two people, including a teenager, were injured Sunday evening in a rollover crash north of Etna Green.
Deputies with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office responded to the crash along County Road 800 West, near County Road 750 North where an asphalt truck had rolled over. Officials say 21-year old Timothy Prater of Kokomo was southbound along 800 West, when the truck went off the west end of the roadway, overcorrected and overturned as it went off the east side of the roadway.
Prater, along with 16-year old Evan Justice of Warsaw had to be extricated from the truck. Prater was flown to Fort Wayne for his injuries, while Justice was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Both suffered non-life threatening injuries and the crash remains under investigation.
