A man has been arrested for failing to appear in court for his trial.
56-year-old Timothy Dilley of Syracuse was supposed to be in court on a theft charge last Tuesday, but he didn’t show up, even after Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Deputies called him.
He is now charged with failing to appear and is being held without bond.
