Syracuse has a new town manager and a new public works director.
The town council has approved former South Whitley Police Chief David Wilkinson to take over as town manager starting August 2nd. Wilkinson was also town manager in South Whitley from 2012 to 2016.
Mark Aurich was hired as the new public works director and will start August 9th.
Both positions were vacated by Mike Noe.
