Syracuse Police Department Press Release- According to Syracuse Police Chief Tony Ciriello, Tara Lynn Thornburg, 23, Syracuse, is currently listed as critical and on life-support at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. Family members have approved the donation process for her. Additional information will be forthcoming this weekend as made available.
