A new trial has been scheduled for a teenager accused of planning a school shooting at Rochester High School.
John Schultz IV will face a jury Dec. 13.
His trial last month ended in a mistrial when the jury was unable to reach a verdict.
Schultz is charged with conspiracy to commit murder, intimidation, and meth possession.
The jury will be selected from Miami County in early December.
