It turns out a St. Joe County teenager's blood alcohol content was more than five times the legal driving limit when he died. And now, prosecutors have charged the man who admitted he bought that booze. The toxicology report for 18-year-old Andrew Tarquino shows his blood alcohol content was point-4-percent. The Michigan City High School graduate was found lying in the back of a flatbed trailer early last month outside a home off Timothy Road near New Carlisle last month. Court documents say 24 year-old Matthew Eddy admitted purchasing the alcohol and watched Tarquino and other teens drink. Documents also say Eddy saw Tarquino vomit and pass out. Investigators say Eddy and others carried Tarquino to the trailer to sleep it off but no one checked on him until the next morning, when he was found dead.
