It’s likely that if you have a fireplace in your home, it’s been getting good use over the past several days. Frigid temperatures have covered our area with wind chills dropping below zero.
Relief is coming though. At least for a few days. Today will be the first day in a while that we’ll see temps reach nearly 30 degrees. But, with 10 to 15 mph winds, it will feel colder. Tonight, the need to keep your faucet dripping shouldn’t be needed as temperatures will stay right around the freezing mark.
Then tomorrow is when we really see temperatures jump, with highs in the mid 40’s. Highs throughout the rest of the week are expected to stay in at least the 30’s.
