Theodore E. “Ted” Corrao, age 76 of Pierceton, IN passed away at his Ridinger Lake home on September 3, 2022. He was born on December 25, 1945 in Milwaukee, WI to Theodore & Esther (Holtzman) Corrao.
He graduated from a Catholic High School in Wisconsin and the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He was a teacher for many years in Wisconsin & Indiana and was the former owner / operator of Ted Corrao Lawn Care in Pierceton. He moved to the Pierceton area in 1976 and for the past 12 years he spent several months of the year in Mexico.
He enjoyed fishing & being outdoors.
He is survived by his children – Hannah (Gabriel) Jarboe of Waxahachie, TX, Justin Corrao of Burleson, TX, Asaph (Lacy) Corrao of Azle, TX, Cyrus (Chauncey) Corrao of Syracuse, Simeon (Shaundel) Corrao of Syracuse, and Levi (Brooke) Corrao of Dallas, TX along with 11 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and son – Samuel Corrao.
Private family burial will take place in the Oakwood Cemetery. A memorial service will be at 12:00 noon on Friday, September 9, 2022 at the Titus Funeral Home, 2002 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, IN with Pastor Jim Mansfield officiating.
