A third person is throwing their name into consideration for the Kosciusko County Commissioner seat.
County GOP Chairman Mike Ragan tells News Now Warsaw that Teresa Cosgrove filed Tuesday. She is the third to file, following Sheal Dirck and Cary Groninger.

A caucus will be held November 8 to determine who will fill the position vacated when Ron Truex resigned after he says he accidentally moved out of the district.
