Thomas W. “Tom” Swartz, 80, passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw.
Visitation only will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2023 from 10-12 p.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw. Private burial in the Leesburg Cemetery, Leesburg.
