Three people were injured, one in critical condition, following a crash Wednesday afternoon.
Kosciusko County Sheriff’s deputies responded to State Road 14 at County Road 600 W around 4 PM yesterday, where two vehicles collided. Preliminary results show that a car, driven by 22-year old Anthony Collins of Silver Lake, was southbound on CR 600 W, when he entered the intersection and struck a westbound Jeep, driven by 47-year old David Kintzel of Akron.
A passenger in Anthony Collins’ car, 23-year old Austin Collins of Mentone, was flown to Parkview Hospital by Samaritan Air Ambulance, where he is in critical condition. Anthony Collins and another passenger, 56-year old Rita Collins, went to another area hospital for their injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
