Three people were injured in a two-vehicle crash northwest of Leesburg Wednesday afternoon.
The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office says first responders were called to the crash along County Road 900 North, near Orn Road just before 3:00 PM. Police say an initial investigation shows an SUV, driven by 31-year old German G. Gomez-Rodriguez of Milford was westbound on 900 North, turning into a private driveway.
Gomez-Rodriguez was said to pull into the path of an eastbound SUV, driven by 39-year old Jillian Sullivan of Oak Forest, Illinois. This caused Sullivan’s vehicle to land on its passenger side of the road. Sullivan, along with two passengers in her vehicle, a 72-year old woman and 10-year old boy, were taken to KCH with non-life threatening injuries.
Damage estimated at $50,000.
