The Toy Time toy consignment sale is Saturday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Kosciusko County Fairgrounds. More than 6,500 toys will be available to purchase during the two-day Combined Community Services toy consignment sale this weekend.
However, that’s about half of what the sale usually has available. Organizer Ami Pitt said in the past they’ve had over 12,000 toys.
People can still drop off good-quality toys today until 9 p.m. at the Kosciusko County Fairgrounds. Volunteers will do the pricing, and half of the sale price will go to consignors.
The 21st annual Combined Community Services Toy Time public toy sale will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday. Consignors shop early Friday.</div>
Pitt said they will take anything to do with children except clothing.
With its half of the proceeds, CCS will buy new toys and give them away at the CCS Toy Give Away Dec. 16 and 17. Monetary donations can be made to CCS, earmarked as Toy Time.
At the giveaway, organizers also will have the opportunity to share about Jesus and give the family a Bible. Donations of Bibles are welcomed, Pitt said.
