Stores are pulling out their Christmas displays, while local residents are starting to put up their lights. That also means the 28th annual Toy Time is just around the corner.
Drop off good, quality used toys and children’s items to the Kosciusko County Fairgrounds Dec. 13 through Dec. 16 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Volunteers will then price them, package them and put them in a sale.
The huge toy sale will then be Dec. 18 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Dec. 19 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Of your items that sell, you receive 50%. The other 50% will be used to buy new toys for the Combined Community Services Toy Giveaway. Toys that don’t sell will be “re-homed” as Christmas gifts. Donations of Bibles also are needed.
The CCS Toy Giveaway is 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Dec. 21 and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 22. Follow Toy Time on Facebook.
