Around 10 a.m. police received reports of a crash between a semi and pick-up truck on U.S. 30 and 450 E. in Warsaw however, after emergency crews responded to that area, they were initially unable to locate any signs of an accident. After dispatch was called again by a concerned person who saw the crash, police located the pick-up truck. The truck went over the guard rail and into a deep ditch. Emergency crews worked to get the driver of the truck out of the vehicle. The driver was pulled from his vehicle and was taken to the hospital. Details on his injuries have not been confirmed. Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
