Two people are arrested after suspicious activity was reported in Orland. The Orland Police Department was called to the Dollar General on SR 120 around 8:00 yesterday morning on report of suspicious activity in the parking lot. A search warrant was obtained for two vehicles there. Items associated with meth-making were found in one. Also found were marijuana, methamphetamine, among other items. Zebekiah Wheeler, of Orland and Tammy Kimmel, of Hudson were arrested at the scene and face several charges. According to police, charges are pending on a third suspect.
