The two teens police say shot and killed a man in South Bend are set to appear in court Friday.
17-year-old George Watson and 17-year-old Qualan Jones were both taken into custody Wednesday, arrested on preliminary charges for the murder of Felipe Gutierrez.
WNDU reports Gutierrez was found dead in the driver’s seat of his car at LaSalle Park over the weekend.
Two other men were with Watson and Jones in the car and witnesses saw two running away from the scene, according to St. Joseph County Metro Homicide.
