A vigil for Baby Halo was held last night in South Bend. Friends, family and community members attended to mourn the loss of the girl and honor her life. Baby Halo is the four month old baby whom investigators say died under the care of her father. She suffered skull fractures, massive brain injury, bleeding behind the eyes and bruising on her body. She died July 10th. her father, 22 year old Brian Michel is due back in court today. His trial is currently scheduled for November 12th.
