The Building Trades program of the Warsaw Area Career Center will be hosting an Open House from 4 pm to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2020. The house is located at 2660 Muirfield Rd. Winona Lake, IN 46590.
This is the 38th year for the Building Trades Program. Twenty students, under the direction of instructor Eric Taylor, worked on the spec home funded by Denny and Glenda Duncan. The students were involved in framing, roofing, siding, window and door installation, drywalling, flooring, tile work in bathrooms, painting, trimming, and concrete work. The home is a one-story ranch style house with approximately 2,700 finished square feet. The home is equipped with a high-efficiency gas furnace and central air. This home is available. Congratulations to all students who learned valuable skills during this hands-on experience in the building trades program.
