A sex-offender wanted out of Steuben County, has been found in Williams County, Ohio. Earlier this week, Steuben County police were asking for the public's help in finding 27-year-old Corey Witsman. He was wanted on two separate arrest warrants. One for violating terms of probation and the other for violating Indiana’s Sex and Violent Offender Registry law. Once officers got word that he was trying to skip town, they called in reinforcements. As of Thursday afternoon, he was found in Edon, Ohio. He's being held there, awaiting return to Steuben County. soq
