The ambulance service that serves Warsaw and Kosciusko County is changing names. Lutheran Health Group announced this morning that Multi-Township EMS has changed to Lutheran EMS Kosciusko effective August 1st. Director Scott Sigerfoos will remain in charge of the service, and the Multi-Township EMS staff members were hired into their same positions. The EMS service is still associated with Kosciusko Community Hospital, but Sigerfoos says patients will still get to choose where they get emergency care with critical patients being taken to the closest emergency department.
