A Warsaw attorney wanted for fraud and theft has been captured.
Last week a warrant was issued for Scott Lennox.

The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office says he was captured Monday afternoon at a motel in West Lansing, Michigan.
Lennox is accused of stealing money from three trust funds and from the business operating accounts of his law firm. He’s also accused of failing to appear at two previous court hearings.
