The Warsaw Community High School instrumental music department will present “Sounds of the Season” at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, in the WCHS Performing Arts Center Auditorium.
The WCHS concert band and wind ensemble will combine to perform as the WCHS symphonic band for this program. All ensembles are under the direction of Tyler Claycomb and Martin Becker.
The program will include holiday classics such as: “Sleigh Ride” and “Christmas Festival” by Leroy Anderson; “Christmas Day” by Gustav Holst; and “Russian Christmas Music” by Alfred Reed.
There will be no charge for the concert, but donations for the WCHS Instrumental Music Department will be accepted. For more information, contact the WCHS music office at 371-5037.
