A Warsaw man faces felony charges after police allege he transmitted images of a dog licking him in inappropriate areas.
Thomas Earle, 50, of 4398 E. CR 600S, Warsaw has been charged with one count of bestiality, a level 6 felony.
Earle sent text messages to two women that included screen shots of himself as the dog licked his private area, according to an affidavit of probable cause from the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s office.
Earle was arrested Nov. 8 and is currently out on bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 8.
