A Warsaw man has been arrested for sexual battery. On September 25, 2015 Warsaw Police Officer Ryan Coble responded to a sexual battery call at the Holiday Inn Express in Warsaw. Upon arrival, Coble spoke with a female employee of the hotel.
The victim told police, 28 year old Christopher Aaron Lewis had been texting her, requesting to be “friends with benefits”. On September 25, she was cleaning a room when Lewis allegedly came up behind her and started tickling her stomach, stating “let’s go” and forced her to the floor.
The victim began fighting him, threatened to kick him in the face and forced Lewis off of her. Lewis then left the room and told her it was all a joke. He is being held in the Kosciusko County Jail on a $5,000 BOND.
