Aristides Jacinto, Warsaw, was arrested Sunday for allegedly molesting three different girls age 10 and younger.
Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department responded to a reported child molesting Sunday in Whispering Pines Park, 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. According to the probable cause affidavit provided by Kosciusko County officials, officer Chris Francis spoke with the victims and their mothers.
The first victim, age 10, told police that Jacinto gave her a ride on his mo-ped. They had gone to the Leesburg gravel pit.
On the way home, Jacinto allegedly touched the girl in an inappropriate way. She told Francis that she began to cry and told him to stop.
The second victim, age 6, told police a Similar story. The third victim, age 8, was also on Jacinto’s mo-ped when he allegedly touched her.
Jacinto, 46, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, admitted to police that he had given the three girls rides on his mo-ped.
He was booked into Kosciusko County Jail with a $15,250 bond.
