A Warsaw man faces a DUI charge after swerved to miss a deer and hit a utility pole Wednesday.
21-year old Jacob Isaac Pagan’s vehicle hit and damaged the pole on Pierceton Road near CR 500 East in Pierceton around 4:30am.
Pagan told officers he had been drinking before the incident, officers say he refused a chemical test.
Bond was set at $700.
