Trick-or-treating for residents in Warsaw city limits and the town of Winona Lake is rescheduled to Friday, November 1, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. due to forecast inclement weather that will cause limited visibility and safety concerns.
Pierceton will also be holding trick-or-treat on Friday, from 6-8 PM.
Syracuse and North Webster have postponed Trick-or-Treat to Friday from 6-8 PM.
