A 34-year old Warsaw woman was shot and killed Tuesday afternoon.
Warsaw Police say officers responded a call of a gunshot wound at 920 Anchorage Road, Lot 94, and that’s where they found Heather Emelio, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Arrested was 34-year old Kyle Shaw, who was taken to the Kosciusko County Jail on charges of reckless homicide. Police say the investigation is active and ongoing. At this time, there are no other suspects in the case.
