It survived the first round of cuts, but it’s time has come. The Warsaw Marsh Supermarket is closing.
The embattled grocery chain announced the closure of nine more Indiana stores would be closing their doors by the end of next month, according to Fox 59.
The Warsaw Marsh Supermarket will close on May 21, along with stores in Fishers, Indianapolis, and Carmel. Other stores in Indianapolis, Plainfield, Noblesville, Anderson, and Muncie will close on May 27.
In a statement, the company blames the “difficult competitive environment” for the closures.
Forbes warned in March that Marshs could declare bankruptcy “at anytime.”
