Wawasee High School is going back to remote learning starting today (Friday).
In a letter to patrons, school corporation officials say finding substitute teachers to fill classrooms and operation staff to manage buildings due to mandatory quarantines has become a losing battle.
It’s the second time this fall that Wawasee has reverted back to virtual learning for the high school.
School leaders say many of the cases Wawasee is dealing with are the result of activities outside of school.
