The principal at Wawasee High School has been put on administrative leave, but no one is saying why yet. Superintendent Tom Edington is quoted in the Goshen News as saying that Mike Schmidt will be away from the school until an investigation into an unidentified issue is resolved. Edington says the investigation is internal, and no outside law enforcement agencies have been contacted. An official statement from the corporation says no further comment will be made until the investigation is complete.
