A Whitley County man has been found guilty of reckless homicide in the shooting death of Adam Porter in South Whitley last fall. A jury deliberated for 3 hours before rendering the verdict on 52-year old David Hagan Friday night. Hagan was facing murder and reckless homicide charges, and now faces 1-6 years in prison when he is sentenced in Columbia City June 13th.
