Winona Lake is considering an ordinance that would ban smoking in town parks. The proposal will officially be presented to the Town Council during its April 22nd meeting. If it's approved, smoking will be prohibited in Winona Lake Park, Bibler Park and the park behind the Winona Lake Street Department.
