A Winter Storm Watch has been issued by the National Weather Service of Northern Indiana.
The watch starts Wednesday morning and lasts through Thursday afternoon. The heaviest snowfall is expected Wednesday evening. Most parts of Kosciusko County are expected to get between 2-4 inches, with some areas getting up to 6 inches.
INDOT suggests before you start driving, fully clear off your front and back windshields and side mirrors.
Choose direct routes instead of longer trips on higher-speed roads and highways.
Take your foot off the gas and turn off cruise control, especially on high-speed highways, and drive for what weather conditions allow, which sin’t necessarily the posted speed limit.
